63999, 00000, "data file suffered media failure"
// *Cause:  A data file was detected as inaccessible due to media failure.
// *Action: Restore accessibility to the file mentioned in the error stack
//          and restart the instance.

适用于：

Oracle Database – Enterprise Edition – 版本 11.2.0.2 及以上
本文信息适用于任何平台。

症状

数据库实例崩溃显示以下错误

error 63999 detected in background process
ORA-63999: data file suffered media failure
ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 36 (block # 2667902)
ORA-01110: data file 36: ‘+DATA_DG/rvng/datafile/gc.257.753999919’

你有以下检查：

1. 在数据文件上的dbv 不显示任何块损坏
2. RMAN validate报告0损坏块
3. OS日志不报告任何IO错误
4. ASM 警报日志也显示没问题且磁盘组被mount
5. 磁盘组检查不dismount磁盘组

原因

该问题是由于磁盘上的权限

应该有660权限但实际上没有

解决方案

将权限更改为660 会解决问题
